Hello everyone visiting my website, thank you very much for your patronage and interest in Costa Rica. My cancelation policy is very basic and straightforward. Any reservations canceled within 2 days of the tour will not be refunded in any ammount. If you cancel with 3-4 days notice we will refund you 50% of your deposited/paid ammount. If you cancel with 5+ days we will refund you 100% of your deposited/paid ammount. All scenarios cover all situations even from cancelations from medical emergencies, personal reason etc no exceptions. Thank you!
